MELSA is a regional library system that promotes cooperation among its eight member library systems.”

Creative Aging Focus:

MELSA has championed creative aging programming throughout its regional alliance by providing intensive training by Lifetime Arts for libraries, and hosting creative aging workshops at the Minnesota Arts Alliance’s annual conferences. They helped to guide libraries to use their state Legacy funds to serve older adults through arts education programs.
