Elders Share the Arts (ESTA) affirms the creative potential of older adults and upholds their time-honored role as bearers of history and culture by using the power of the arts to transmit their stories and life experiences for the benefit of all generations. As a pioneer of the Living History Arts methodology, ESTA has served over 30,000 youth, adults, and elders, nationally and internationally, in the last 30 years, reaching more than 2,100 individuals annually in New York City alone, through our high-quality arts programs in schools and community centers, Pearls of Wisdom performances, and training programs.
