This session was led by Ryan Backer, age activist, writer, educator, and co-founder of Old School, a hub for age advocacy and raising awareness about ageism. We explored the interconnectedness of ageism and ableism, discussed the concept of intersectionality, and reflected on how these issues impact us. The session also included reflective journaling and guided meditations on community building.
